Easy to use and versatile in texture, the Wavy Clip-In Extensions add length and body in a snap. Just place, click and style. Our wavy hair can be worn as is for fullness or pressed bone straight for those extra inches.

This isn’t your beauty supply store clip-in! Go Sleek clip-ins are handmade by women artisans in Cambodia with 100% human hair. No bulky, matted mess here.

Each set comes with 13 tracks for maximum thickness & versatility. Wear a few or wear them all, it’s up to you!

Plus, we provide the best quality. Your new clip-ins are double tracked and will last 6-12 months with care. We even included some replacement clips for at-home maintenance.

Processing Time
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 1pm EST — orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: during sales, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will get your order out as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-8 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please keep your tracking number handy — shipping delays within the carrier’s network are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package is in transit.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $350. The qualifying amount is based on your subtotal after any discounts or promotional offers are applied. Keep an eye on your cart to make sure you meet the threshold.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, and Bermuda.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Go Sleek is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you failed to retrieve your package from your UPS Access Point, a $12 restock fee will be charged before we reship your order.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn hair extensions in original condition within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• All hair ties/tags/ and or elastics must be attached and uncut
• Extensions must be unaltered and uninstalled
• Item must not be a Final Sale item

We do not accept returns on used, altered, or damaged extensions, or items with cut or missing elastics.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the item cost only. The following are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable:

• Original shipping cost paid at checkout
• Shipping-related taxes
• Customs fees, duties, and import charges
• $8 return shipping fee (prepaid label provided by Go Sleek)
• $12 restocking fee

No exchanges are offered. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Return Shipping
Go Sleek will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved. The cost of the label ($8) will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Hot Tools
Hot tools are final sale unless a warranty was purchased or the item is defective. For defective hot tools, email us at customersupport@gosleek.com within 30 days of purchase with photos of the defect. Items with visible customer-caused damage are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return
Email customersupport@gosleek.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns that have not been pre-approved will be denied and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
