Return Policy

We will only accept unopened/unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All black hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut and extensions must be unaltered. We will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties nor extensions with cut or missing elastic(s). Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
