Processing Time
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 1pm EST — orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: during sales, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will get your order out as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-8 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please keep your tracking number handy — shipping delays within the carrier’s network are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package is in transit.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $350. The qualifying amount is based on your subtotal after any discounts or promotional offers are applied. Keep an eye on your cart to make sure you meet the threshold.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, and Bermuda.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Go Sleek is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you failed to retrieve your package from your UPS Access Point, a $12 restock fee will be charged before we reship your order.
