You will be charged additional duties and import taxes at checkout. You are responsible for paying any import costs such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon checkout. Please note, some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties have not been paid up front. Please note, using the DAP (or DDU) incoterms may result in additional charges to you.

We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All black hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut and extensions must be unaltered. We will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties nor extensions with cut or missing elastic(s).

You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase and any sales tax paid for the item(s). You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes.

Please contact us at customersupport@gosleek.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, all returns are subject to $12 restock fee.

NOTE: Failure to adhere to our return policy will result in your return being denied and the item will be shipped back to you.  

We will not give refunds nor credits for:

1. Returning hair extensions with black ties cut/unattached
2. Returning used or altered products & hair extensions
3. Returning Final Sale items
4. Hot Tools unless a warranty is purchased or item is defective. If you receive a defective hot tool, please email us at customersupport@gosleek.com within 30 days of purchase. The item cannot have any visible defects nor damages.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Silk Turban, Silk Roller(s), Edge Paste, Rose Oil Hair Serum, Hangers, Satin Bag(s), Extension Holder(s) and Brush(es).

Yes, taxes are calculated based on your state's guidelines. Additional costs may be required for international shipping so refer to the Shipping & Delivery page in the footer under Need Help section.

Shipping cost can vary and based on total weight of the package and can range between $7 and $20. For international orders, additional costs may apply so refer to our Shipping and Delivery page which can be found in the footer section of the site.
