Processing Time
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 1pm EST — orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: during sales, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will get your order out as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-8 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please keep your tracking number handy — shipping delays within the carrier’s network are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package is in transit.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $350. The qualifying amount is based on your subtotal after any discounts or promotional offers are applied. Keep an eye on your cart to make sure you meet the threshold.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, and Bermuda.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Go Sleek is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you failed to retrieve your package from your UPS Access Point, a $12 restock fee will be charged before we reship your order.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn hair extensions in original condition within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
We do not accept returns on used, altered, or damaged extensions, or items with cut or missing elastics.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the item cost only. The following are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable:
No exchanges are offered. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Return Shipping
Go Sleek will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved. The cost of the label ($8) will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Hot Tools
Hot tools are final sale unless a warranty was purchased or the item is defective. For defective hot tools, email us at customersupport@gosleek.com within 30 days of purchase with photos of the defect. Items with visible customer-caused damage are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
Email customersupport@gosleek.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns that have not been pre-approved will be denied and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

What I love most is that after straightening it, the hair still reverts back when washed, but to a slightly looser texture that actually matches my natural hair really well. It has become one of my favorite go-to styles and my best addition to my hair wardrobe!"
"Its ok cause it matches my hair texture to the roots but no matter what product you use on it, the ends always turn into a stiff fro lol. . she doesnt have many videos on how to maintain the hair if you dont want to wear it straightened. It’s only good when i wash it and let it airdry for that day, but the next day or later that day the ends are back to being a fro. I use a mixture of water and curly conditioner or I’ll use mousse and nothing seems to work."
"I am writing this review to share my honest experience with the wig I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the wig I received doesn’t flow like the wig shown in the Instagram advertisement. The quality, style, and overall appearance were very different from what was advertised. The wig shown online appeared full, well-styled, and made with high-quality hair. However, the wig I received , low quality hair and poorly styled. It was very disappointing because I was expecting to receive the product that was advertised. I believe companies should accurately represent their products so customers know what they are purchasing. Based on my experience, this product did not match the advertisement, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision before purchasing."

"I just received my Kai Kinky Curly half wig… I love the versatility. I am actually a type 3 girly that already has the Jolie clip ins and love those too! I wanted to try a kinky curly half wig. It’s a beautiful full piece. I purchased the 12 inch xs small for my fine tresses and the length in my head. I must say looks about 16 inches straitened. Which is amazing for me. I blew it out to test out the versatility and kind of stretch the pattern just a little. It was pretty humid outside, the half wig with stood the heat however I worked out in it and sweat this is when it begin to revert to curly. So I will definitely recommend wearing the piece curly when working out. Over all 10 out of 10."
