Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn hair extensions in original condition within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- All hair ties/tags/ and or elastics must be attached and uncut
- Extensions must be unaltered and uninstalled
- Item must not be a Final Sale item
We do not accept returns on used, altered, or damaged extensions, or items with cut or missing elastics.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the item cost only. The following are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable:
- Original shipping cost paid at checkout
- Shipping-related taxes
- Customs fees, duties, and import charges
- $8 return shipping fee (prepaid label provided by Go Sleek)
- $12 restocking fee
No exchanges are offered. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Return Shipping
Go Sleek will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved. The cost of the label ($8) will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Silk Turban
- Silk Roller(s)
- Edge Paste
- Rose Oil Hair Serum
- Velvet Bag
Hot Tools
Hot tools are final sale unless a warranty was purchased or the item is defective. For defective hot tools, email us at customersupport@gosleek.com within 30 days of purchase with photos of the defect. Items with visible customer-caused damage are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
Email customersupport@gosleek.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns that have not been pre-approved will be denied and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
