AMBASSADOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Go Sleek Hair Co. Affiliate Content Usage & Licensing Terms

Organic Marketing

For purposes of this agreement, Organic Marketing refers to content shared or distributed by Go Sleek Hair through its owned and controlled channels (including social media accounts, email newsletters, and SMS messaging) without paid media amplification, ad spend, whitelisting, or third-party advertising placement.

Content Ownership

Affiliates retain full ownership of any content they independently create, including photos and videos, unless otherwise agreed to in writing under a separate collaboration, influencer, or licensing agreement.

Participation in the Go Sleek Hair Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of affiliate-created content to Go Sleek Hair.

License for Organic Marketing Use (Social, Email & SMS)

By publicly tagging Go Sleek Hair, mentioning Go Sleek Hair, using Go Sleek Hair branded hashtags, or including an affiliate link or code in content, affiliates grant Go Sleek Hair a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use, repost, reshare, embed, and distribute such content for Organic Marketing purposes only across Go Sleek Hair–owned channels, including but not limited to:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • YouTube (including YouTube Shorts)
  • Email Newsletters
  • SMS or text message marketing sent to Go Sleek Hair Co.'s owned subscriber list

Permitted use includes social proof, community highlights, educational content, testimonials, and relationship-based brand marketing.

This license does not grant exclusivity, and affiliates may continue to use their content freely on their own platforms.

Explicit Exclusion of Paid, Performance & Commercial Advertising Use

Excluded Uses (Paid or Commercial)

The Organic Marketing License above does not include permission to use affiliate-created content for the following purposes without prior written approval and a separate paid licensing agreement:

  • Go Sleek Hair websites, landing pages, or product pages

  • Paid advertisements, boosted posts, or sponsored campaigns

  • Creator whitelisting, dark posting, or advertiser access to creator handles

  • Third-party marketplaces or external promotional platforms
  • Any paid, performance-based, or media-buy advertising use, including content distributed through advertising platforms or promoted with ad spend

For the avoidance of doubt, organic email and SMS marketing sent to Go Sleek Hair’s owned audience without paid amplification, ad spend, or third-party placement constitutes owned media distribution and is not considered paid or performance-based advertising under this agreement.

Automated Social Feeds & Third-Party Tools

Go Sleek Hair may use third-party tools or applications that automatically aggregate or display publicly tagged social media content (including Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube posts) in community galleries or social feed sections on brand-owned platforms.

Content displayed through automated feeds is not manually commissioned, negotiated, or licensed and does not constitute a paid collaboration, endorsement, or commercial advertising use.

Affiliates may request removal of content displayed through automated tools at any time by submitting written notice. Go Sleek Hair will make reasonable efforts to remove such content within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Paid Licensing Opportunities

Affiliates interested in licensing content for website use, paid advertising, SMS campaigns beyond organic distribution, or other commercial purposes may contact Go Sleek Hair to discuss paid licensing opportunities under a separate written agreement.

No extended usage rights are granted unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Content Removal Requests

Affiliates may request removal of reposted content at any time by submitting a written request. Go Sleek Hair will make reasonable efforts to remove the content promptly.

Removal of content does not entitle the affiliate to retroactive payment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Program Changes & Termination

Go Sleek Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or any individual affiliate relationship at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

Any earned but unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the program’s standard payout terms.

Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between the affiliate and Go Sleek Hair.

Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent Go Sleek Hair.

Customer & Community Content (Non-Affiliate)

Customers who tag Go Sleek Hair or use branded hashtags may be featured across Go Sleek Hair–owned social media, email, or website channels for community highlights and social proof. Content may be removed upon request.
