Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–8 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

We accept returns on unworn, uninstalled hair extensions within 7 days of delivery. Hair must remain in its original condition with all tags, ties, and elastics attached and uncut. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
