Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking info. You can also track your order by creating an account using the same email you checked out with, then logging in to view your order status. Carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control, so your tracking link is always the best place for the most up to date shipping updates.

We ship to most locations.

Free domestic shipping applies when your cart subtotal (after discounts/promos) meets the minimum requirement. The subtotal is calculated after discounts are applied.

If your package is returned to Go Sleek because you weren’t available to receive it or didn’t pick it up from a UPS Access Point, a $12 restock fee will be charged.

Shipping & Delivery

We only accept unworn hair extensions in original condition within 7 days of delivery. All black hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut, and extensions must be unaltered.

We do not accept altered or used hair/extensions, hair with cut/missing elastics, or final sale items.

Yes. Returns have a $12 restocking fee and a mandatory $8 return shipping fee, which are deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Final sale items include: Silk Turban, Silk Rollers, Edge Paste, Rose Oil Hair Serum, Hangers, Satin Bag, and Brush.

Hot tools are not refundable unless a warranty is purchased or the item is defective. If a hot tool is defective, email customer support within 30 days of purchase (the item can’t show visible damage).

Care + Product Use

We recommend using a clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner, brushing before wetting, and washing in a downward motion (no scrubbing or bunching). Cleanse bi-weekly to prevent buildup, and never sleep with wet extensions.

We don’t recommend excessive oil, since it can make extensions look limp and cause buildup.

Use a professional flat iron (up to 450°F) if needed, but limit heat styling to 1–2 times per week to avoid breakage and loss of elasticity.

Curly textures are high maintenance. We recommend fully wetting the hair at least every two days (not a spray bottle), combing thoroughly, scrunching out water (no towel drying), and letting it air dry.

Tape-ins are for professional use only. Improper installation or removal can lead to damage or hair loss. After installation, avoid workouts, swimming, or washing for 48 hours, and keep hair free of oils/product buildup to prevent slipping.

Go Sleek does not recommend coloring beyond a Level 9. Any coloring/cutting/altering voids refunds and exchanges, and going too light can impact hair integrity.
