Most Hair Isn’t Ready When It Reaches You
Most brands ship hair straight from the factory. No prep. No wash. Just packed and sent. That means when your order arrives with possible processing residue, not quality checked & even after you wash it yourself you’re not seeing the true curl pattern the hair is actually capable of.
Pre-washing is what brings that out. And we do it before anything leaves our warehouse.
What “Pre-Washed” Actually Means at Go Sleek
1.Inspection
Every unit is examined by hand to make sure the quality is where it needs to be. Wefts are checked for excessive shedding. Curl patterns are measured against our product standard. Anything that doesn’t meet spec doesn’t move forward.
2.Cleansing
The hair is washed through a sulfate-free process that allows the true texture to come through. This is the step most brands skip.
3.Conditioning
Cleansed hair is treated with a moisture-rich conditioner that restores the cuticle and brings out the true curl pattern you paid for.
4.Drying
Each texture is dried in a controlled environment to preserve integrity. No harsh heat. No rushed turnover.
5.Packaging
Once each unit is fully prepped, it’s carefully placed in your Go Sleek box and readied to ship to you.
