Thin Tapes are thinner, softer, invisible, and seamless.
Each Tape in bundle includes 20 single pieces and is 50 grams of hair.
We recommend 3-4 bundles (150-200 grams) for full head tape in installs.
Consult with your licensed professional to determine the recommended weight of hair needed for your install prior to making your purchase.
Tape-in extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and possible hair loss.
Tape in extensions can last up to 5-10 weeks but this will vary for each individual depending upon your daily lifestyle.
After the initial application you should refrain from working out, swimming or washing your hair for 48 hours to allow the adhesive to settle.
Tape in extensions are not a protective hair style.
Tape in extensions are recommended for individuals with healthy (non relaxed hair) that is heat trained.
Tape in extensions ARE NOT recommended for individuals experiencing any hair loss, breakage or thinning.
We recommend bi-weekly maintenance and keeping your hair free of any oils and product build up as this will shorten the lifespan of your tape ins. Oils and excessive product use will cause your tapes to slide out.
Do not apply conditioner or flat irons to the weft of the tape during your maintenance appointments. Apply conditioner only below the weft line.
We recommend tape ins to be removed by a licensed professional. We recommend using removal products specifically designed for tape ins.
We will not be held liable for hair loss encountered by improper installation and/or removal.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE COLORING YOUR EXTENSIONS We are not color specialists and cannot advise you on coloring your extensions; however, in our experience with Go Sleek hair extensions, we do not recommend coloring extensions beyond a Level 9. We recommend you always consult with a licensed professional who specializes in coloring hair to achieve the results you want. Also note, multiple coloring processes and coloring to blonde/white will interfere with the integrity of the hair extensions which can cause dryness and shedding. We are not liable, nor responsible, for altered hair extensions. We do not offer refunds, nor exchanges, once hair has been altered in any manner (i.e. colored, cut, etc.).
We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All black hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut and extensions must be unaltered. We will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties nor extensions with cut or missing elastic(s).
You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase and any sales tax paid for the item(s). You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes.

We will not give refunds nor credits for:
1. Returning hair extensions with black ties cut/unattached
2. Returning used or altered products & hair extensions
3. Returning FINAL SALE items
4. Hot Tools unless a warranty is purchased or item is defective. If you receive a defective hot tool, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. The item cannot have any visible defects nor damages.
NOTE: Failure to adhere to our return policy will result in your return being denied and the item will be shipped back to you.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: Yes, we ship everywhere! Your tracking information will be sent when your order is on the way. Please keep in mind, shipping delays are beyond our control so keep your tracking information handy. We are not responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network.
Unsuccessful Delivery: If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you didn't pick it up from your nearby UPS center, there will be a $12 restock fee charged and you will not be reimbursed for shipping or shipping taxes.
International Customers: You may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment(s). You are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Please note, some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties have not been paid up front. Please note, using the DAP (or DDU) incoterms might result in additional charges to you.
